  • Fran Calabro Director

    Fran has worked in the Childcare industry since 2007 and took on the Director role at WRBASC in late 2023. She currently holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology major), Masters of Commerce and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and has a variety of experience in both early childhood and school-age education and care. She is passionate about providing an environment where children can learn and develop through play and leisure-based experiences, while supporting their families and the wider school community. 

  • Mitch Bates Assistant Director

    Mitch joined WRBASC in 2014 as the Assistant Director. He currently holds First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training. He is a devoted father of 2. Mitch is passionate about being a part of an organisation where the number one priority is delivering high quality care in a supportive environment. He believes in the importance of not-for-profit services which are staffed and lead by people that use them and live/work within the community they operate in. He loves being part of a service that provides children the opportunity to grow, develop and thrive during their early school years where they gain core skills, behaviours and beliefs that they will use to achieve their dreams and aspirations in life.

  • Jade Morgan Assistant Director & Educational Leader

    Jade joined WRBASC in 2015 and has been the Assistant Director and Educational Leader since 2018. She currently holds a Masters of Teaching (Birth - 5 years) and an Undergraduate Degree in Marine Science. She is a loving and devoted mother of 1. Jade is passionate about helping children explore, grow and develop life long skills throughout their Primary School years. She loves being a part of a service that supports their staff, children, families and community.

  • Shannon Anjoul Educational Leader

    Shannon joined WRBASC in 2017 and has been the Educational Leader and a Team Leader since 2020. She has completed a Bachelor of Criminology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is currently studying a Master of Professional Psychology. She loves working at WRBASC because of the children! Shannon is passionate about her role as Educational Leader because it allows her to provide opportunities to create fun programs based around children's wants and needs while focusing on the development of a range of skills.

  • Connor Hughes Senior Educator - Team Leader

    Connor has been working in the childcare industry since 2019. Concurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business, Connor brings a blend of academic insight and practical experience to his role. With a keen interest in sports, he incorporates principles of teamwork and resilience into his approach, fostering positive relationships among children. Dedicated to upholding standards of respect and inclusion, Connor's work reflects a commitment to the well-being and development of every child in his care.

  • Mia Liu Senior Educator - Team Leader

    Mia joined WRBASC in 2020 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University. She harnesses her particular interest in child and developmental psychology to support the children in their play, growth and decision making. She has been the Stage 2 leader since 2023. She is passionate about dance and fitness and has previously taught children new skills in these areas.

  • Daniel Azzone Senior Educator - Team Leader

    Daniel joined WRBASC in 2020 and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney. Having this degree under his belt allows Daniel to generate sporting programs with the main interest of physical health and safety for the children as the priority. Daniel also has an interest in the physical environment of the school, making sure all children and staff are safe and exploring opportunities where possible.

  • Aiden Micallef Senior Educator - Team Leader

    Aiden joined WRBASC in 2021 and has recently become a leader in 2024. He has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Development. Aiden loves writing and running a variety of sporting programs to nurture and guide children’s skill development. He also has a passion for anything fitness and sport related.  Aiden is able to utilise his university education to incorporate high quality education when it comes to physical education and activity, specifically for the K-6 demographic.

  • Larissa Bagnat Senior Educator - Team Leader

    Larissa joined WRBASC in 2019 and has previous experience in other child care facilities. She has been the Stage 1 leader since 2023. She loves having the opportunity to build relationships with children and families. She is passionate about children's growth and development to learn new skills that helps guide their future. She is a mum to be! Larissa enjoys camping, playing netball.
